1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using AxiumVista ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by App Harbour ApS ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Denmark.
2. Description of Service
AxiumVista is a web-based decision discipline tool for consulting teams. The Service provides structured workflows (SCQA, ICE, Action Plans), AI assistance, and workspace collaboration features.
3. User Accounts
To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You may not share your account with others.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Upload harmful code, viruses, or malware
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
- Abuse or excessively burden the AI assistance features
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
5. Subscription Plans and Billing
AxiumVista offers Free, Solo, and Team subscription plans. Pricing is displayed on the Pricing page.
- Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
- You may cancel or downgrade at any time
- Refunds are not provided for partial months
- Team plans are billed per seat; seat limits are enforced
6. Data Ownership and Privacy
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us permission to store, process, and display your data as necessary to provide the Service.
Our data collection and usage practices are described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties.
7. AI Assistance
The Service includes AI-powered suggestions provided by third-party APIs (e.g., OpenAI). AI suggestions are provided "as is" and should be reviewed before use. We are not responsible for the accuracy or quality of AI-generated content.
Fair use policies apply to AI features. Excessive or automated usage may be throttled or restricted.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and content (excluding user-submitted data), is owned by App Harbour ApS and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the Service or other users.
You may close your account at any time. Upon account closure, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for data loss caused by technical failures, third-party services, or user error.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APP HARBOUR APS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denmark.
